Achievements

Congressional Guest Speaker, 2014

I was a selected guest speaker before the Congressional Caucus for Competitiveness in Entertainment Technology (E-TECH) on Capitol Hill along with the ESA and others to discuss potential for job growth in the gaming industry. Additionally, I hosted a Madden-centric gathering with E-TECH Caucus co-chairs, Reps. Kevin Brady (R-Texas) and Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.), to celebrate the NFL season kickoff and the launch of Madden NFL 15.

Madden NFL Latin America Launch Event, 2014

I was chosen to represent EA Sports and the Madden NFL Franchise at an international event in Mexico City to celebrate the launch of the NFL x NFL Latin America partnership with special guest and NFL Hall of Famer, Jerome Bettis. I presented Madden 15 to a room of NFL fans, journalists, and sports media outlets and did dozens of interviews about the Madden game and the hype surrounding the NFL coming to Latin America.

Virtual Reality Innovation Lab Founder, 2015

When the HTC Vive was in development, EA Sports got an early version of the hardware and I was selected to lead a small R&D team to innovate on sports gameplay experiences in VR, using the Madden game as a first test. With the support of one engineer, we ported the Madden gameplay experience into virtual reality and hosted live demos with leaders around the company to generate excitement for the potential of VR applications in our sports titles.

Outstanding Design Honor, 2017

Recognized by my colleagues at EA with the Outstanding Achievement in Design award after leading the design of a social co-op game mode called MUT Squads in Madden NFL 18. This award commemorates one of the most memorable and rewarding years of my career because we had players lined up around the block at EA Play waiting to play MUT Squads, and then telling me how much they loved it and that its the most fun they’ve ever had playing Madden; validating all of the hard work and dedication I put in that year.

PR and Media Events, 2008 – 2019

Throughout my career, I have had the honor and privilege of meeting EA Sports fans and representing Madden NFL at trade shows like Comic-Con, gaming conventions like E3/EA Play, and have done countless on- and off-camera interviews with website, magazine, and documentary crews about the Madden NFL games I’ve worked on and the roles I’ve played in their development. My favorite PR moment was being interviewed on the legendary gaming show X-Play on the G4TV network with hosts Kevin Pereira and Morgan Webb about the release of Madden NFL 25.

Game Revenue, 2007 – 2024

I have been fortunate during my career to contribute to blockbuster titles with world-class IP like Monopoly GO! and Madden NFL and am extremely proud to say that the games I’ve contributed to have collectively generated over $20 billion in revenue. I believe maintaining high quality bars, listening to users and prioritizing the user experience, and designing fair and fun monetization systems are key contributors to these products’ success.
